Paper applications for free and reduced meals will still be available to complete and submit.
Paper applications for free and reduced meals are available to all households at school offices, school cafeterias, and other FCPS buildings or by contacting Food and Nutrition Services at 703-813-4800 or 703-813-4844.
Paper applications must be the original red print forms, which are available at school offices, school cafeterias, and other FCPS buildings. Copied application forms cannot be accepted.
Parent Consent to Share Form - *The free and reduced-price meals application also includes a section with the consent to share information for other programs. If section four of the application is completed the Consent to Share Information form does not need to be filled out.*
