Admission: $3 for non-members
Free for pool members
Pizza and Soda will be provided for all in attendance.
It's a fun time for all band members AND band parents to get together and get caught up before the season starts up again.

Camp will begin with all Rookies (first-time marchers) and Leadership on Monday, August 16th!
(9:00-5:00pm)

The "ALL CALL" for all Marching Jaguars is Tuesday, August 17th.
(9:00-5:00pm)
Rehearsals are Monday thru Friday from the 16th to the 27th. There will be a couple of evening rehearsals during the week of August 30th pending other administrative and athletic conflicts. In addition, there will also be full band rehearsal on the evenings of August 30 & 31 from 6-9pm (main field).

The "Parent Preview Performance" will be on Friday, August 27th at 6:00pm. A very brief pizza party informational meeting/meet & greet will follow the performance.

The first home football game occurs before school even starts (Thursday, September 2nd). Call Time will be at 5:30pm to get changed into uniforms.

Don't forget about the "Early Bird Discount" for next season's Band Fees (June 30th, 2010!!!!).

All Forms must be turned in by the start of camp for everyone (August 17th) in order for a student to be eligible to participate. Copies of all necessary forms have been mailed out and are included in the "Forms, Flyers & Other Stuff" packet. If you are in need of another copy, they are available below:

BAND FEES (2010-11)

We have begun to take payments for next year. The follwing fee schedule is applied to EVERY band member. Take advantage of the "Early Bird Discount":

- $225 if payed in full on or before June 30th.
OR
- $250 if full payment is made after June 30th.

For families with multiple band members:
Use the above rates for the first member, and then $175 for each additional member (on or before June 30) or $200 (after June 30).

The Jaguar Band is purchasing Giant Gift Cards at a discount, and then selling them for face value. The difference between the discounted price and the face value goes to benefit the Band!
So, plan ahead on your grocery purchases from Giant, purchase a Gift Card (dollar-for-dollar) and help the Band.

and deposit it into the "Green Box". We will be processing cards on a "monthly" turnaround, so plan your grocery shopping in advance.
