Please check your calendars for the change in the regular marching band rehearsals for the week of August 25-29. Due to the rescheduling of the football games (by moving them back a day in observance of a holiday), the band has switched it's rehearsal times between Wednesdayand Thursday. The correct schedule (as it is in your calendars) is:
Monday (8/25) - Percussion & Colorguard (2:45 - 5:00pm)
Tuesday (8/26) - Full Band (2:45 - 5:00pm)
Wednesday (8/27) - Full Band (2:45 - 5:00pm)
Thursday (8/28) - Full Band (4:00 - 7:00pm)
The remainder of rehearsals for the marching season will follow the regular practice schedule. Again, everything that you see in the "yellow" Fall/Winter, 2008 Calendar is correct. If you need another copy, you can scroll down in the left margin to view and/or print.

 FALL SPORTS PICTURE DAY 
The Marching Band has been scheduled to have its picture taken next Wednesday, August 27th at 4:30pm. It has been scheduled this way to avoid keeping the students for much longer than the regular rehearsal ending time (which is 5:00pm this day due to the football schechule switch).
Picture Order Forms will be sent home with the students at the beginning of the week. Information on who to make the check payable to is in the form, but payment must be made at the time of the photo. The photographer will not accept "mail-in" payments.
